1. About this pilot
This pilot programme is an early version of Oniiva’s upcoming peer-group service. The purpose is to test the concept, learn from participants and refine the service before launch.
Participation is free during the pilot.
2. Application and selection
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place.
Because groups are limited in size, we select participants based on:
- profile fit
- group availability
- balance within the cohort
If we cannot offer you a place during the pilot, we will keep you informed about future rounds and the full launch.
3. What participation involves
If selected, you will be placed in a small peer group and invited to join recurring online sessions.
You choose how much you wish to participate, but active contribution helps the group work well.
Groups are not professionally facilitated. Oniiva provides structure and guidance, but the group experience depends on the members themselves.
4. No guarantees
The pilot is not a career coaching service and does not guarantee:
- job offers
- interviews
- introductions
- specific outcomes
It is a peer-support environment designed to help you stay motivated, structured and informed in your job search.
5. Respect and conduct
We ask all participants to:
- treat others with respect
- keep shared information confidential
- contribute constructively
- avoid behaviour that disrupts or dominates the group
Oniiva may discontinue your participation if these expectations are not met.
6. Data and privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By joining the pilot, you agree that we may contact you regarding:
- group placement
- pilot activities
- feedback and research
- future versions of the service
You may withdraw at any time.
7. Leaving the pilot
You can leave the pilot at any point by contacting us.
We may also adjust or close groups if needed to keep the pilot functioning smoothly.
8. Changes to the pilot
Because this is an early version, Oniiva may make changes to the format, schedule or structure at any time.
We will communicate significant changes to participants.
