Oniiva is a structured peer environment designed to accelerate career transition and broaden access to the networks, accountability and momentum that help professionals move forward.

Career transition is not a label. It is a phase. Yet many experienced professionals navigate it alone, slowed down by stigma, lack of structure and limited access to the right professional networks.

Having navigated career transitions first-hand across very different contexts, from premium outplacement to public employment services and periods with no support at all, our founders repeatedly observed the same pattern.

The real barrier is rarely competence.
It is access, momentum and the right peer environment.

Some professionals receive structured guidance and powerful networks. Others are left to figure things out on their own.

Oniiva was built to close that gap.

Our goal is simple: shorten the path back to meaningful work while preserving confidence, dignity and momentum along the way.

What We Do Today

We start with structured, carefully matched peer groups.

Small cohorts of professionals navigating career transition meet regularly to create accountability, exchange insights and open doors for one another.

This is not a passive support forum.
It is an active environment designed to build clarity, confidence and measurable progress.

Participants come from different professions and backgrounds, but share a common mindset: they take their next step seriously and contribute actively to the group.

Our cohorts bring together motivated professionals who are willing to contribute as much as they gain. The strength of the experience comes from the quality and engagement of the people in the group.

Access should not depend on how long someone has been searching for their next role, the outplacement support they received from a previous employer, or their financial situation.

Meaningful career transition support should be available to anyone navigating this phase.

We are currently running a limited pilot with groups in Sweden and Spain as we refine the model ahead of a broader launch.
