• professional background information (experience, seniority, industry, role title, LinkedIn link)
• job search details (direction, goals, status, commitment level)
• your answers to open questions
• your consent preferences
• any messages you send us
• usage data (basic analytics on visits and form submissions)

We use your data to:

• review your application
• match you into a suitable pilot group
• add you to a group communication channel (WhatsApp) upon placement
• communicate with you about the pilot
• invite you to early-access activities
• request feedback and improve the service
• keep you informed about the upcoming full launch
• comply with legal requirements

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling beyond the simple matching logic you provide information for.

4b. Sharing of personal data within groups

As a participant placed in an Oniiva Career Cohort, your first name and first initial of your last name will be shared with other members of your assigned group.

Your mobile number will be used to add you to a shared WhatsApp group with your fellow participants. WhatsApp is a third-party service operated by Meta Platforms Inc. and is subject to their terms and privacy policy.

By applying and confirming your participation, you consent to your first name, first initial of your last name and mobile number being shared with other members of your assigned group for the purpose of enabling communication and collaboration within the cohort.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your data for as long as necessary to:

• run the pilot
• evaluate and improve the service
• communicate about future launches
• comply with legal obligations

You may request deletion at any time.
