Career transition, with momentum

Structured peer groups for professionals who want to maintain momentum and reach their next role faster.

An Oniiva Career Cohort is a curated group of professionals in career transition who meet weekly. Shared structure, context, and collaboration make the time to your next role both shorter and more meaningful.

Who it’s for

Oniiva Career Cohorts are designed for people in career transition who take their next step seriously — and are willing to contribute as much as they gain.

You have the competence and are doing the right things — but not seeing results.

You lack someone to spar with, get perspective from, and be challenged by.

The lack of structure and context during the day leaves you feeling isolated or stuck.

You need to expand your network beyond your closest contacts — to people who actually understand your situation right now.

Your energy fluctuates, and without external structure and accountability it’s hard to maintain momentum.

You want to move forward — and are ready to actively contribute to doing so.

How it works

A fixed group of 8–10 carefully matched professionals. You meet digitally once a week in a structured format — each person working towards their own goal, with the group as the engine.

This is not a course, not coaching, not a tool, and not AI. It’s an active peer environment built around real people in the same situation — meeting weekly, listening, and holding each other accountable. The human interaction isn’t a feature of Oniiva. It is Oniiva.

How groups are formed

Matching is done carefully and based on clear criteria. The quality of each group is critical — we never form groups without following the matching principles.

Similar level of experience

Ensures relevance and reduces direct competition.

Diverse backgrounds

Different industries and functions create broader perspectives without competing for the same roles.

Shared mindset

Everyone is committed to their next step and ready to contribute.

Pilot limitations

Spots are limited. Not all applications lead to placement — matching determines, not timing.

What happens week by week

Not a course with a syllabus. A process with rhythm.

Week 1

Clarity and commitment
You have a group, a structure, and your first concrete commitment. Movement begins.

Week 2–3

Patterns emerge
You start to see what’s actually blocking you — with perspectives from outside your usual circle. The group dynamic strengthens.

Week 4–5

Direction sharpens
You’ve followed through, adjusted your approach, and received input on real obstacles. The group now has a shared rhythm.

Week 8+

Momentum replaces waiting
You have a built-in system for progress. You act despite uncertainty — and understand what’s moving and what’s stuck. The group becomes more than a format — it becomes context.

Session structure

Each session is 150 minutes and follows the same format. One participant leads — the role rotates weekly.

Check-in
One word for the week and an intention. Short and focused.

Progress
What’s moved forward, commitments made, blockers, and what you need.

Focus topic
The session lead introduces a topic, situation, or question. Real discussions — not theory.

Open exchange
Space for follow-ups, questions, and support.

Closing
Each person shares one insight and something they appreciated.

What’s expected from you

You don’t need to have all the answers. But you’re expected to show up prepared, reflective, and intentional.

Preparation

Short reflection before each session.

Presence

Active participation — listening and contributing.

Session lead

You lead one session per rotation.

Shared responsibility

The quality of each session depends on everyone.
